Tank fuel fittings

Does anyone know if there are any adapters to fit the quick disconnect fittings at the Jeep fuel tank (feul pump and connection to hard line in back)??? I found ones like these, but don't know if the fitting is universal depending on size.

I am relocating my tank on the XJ and would like to run a braided line and AN fittings for the lenghtened hose I need to replace the plastic one.

Anyone know the fitting sizes? Looks like different sizes at each end of the hose.

For the future searchers, I was given this link to the answer on another board.

Looks like the fitting pictured above does fit, and the link below shows the correct part numbers and size. Fuel pump side is a 3/8" fitting and frame side fuel line is a 5/16" fitting.
