Stumpfest

Yea, unless I come up with an 'extra' $2000 in the next week or so KOH 2012 will not happen for tyler and I.

So Stumpfest here I come! What do I need to bring?
 
its getting closer.. who else is coming?
 
Think there'll be enough spare material left to wrap my sun visors in my truck? It keeps dropping dust in my eyes when I use it.
 
I only have 2 pm's and need 2 more for the headliner buisness to happen. need to know by this weekend.
 
it ll give you better gas mileage back there! and more pep! i kid you not!
 
Is anyone that's heading down there going to be hauling a trailer and their rig or anything like that. There's a guy in jasper, ga that's got an MJ tub for sale that I'd like to pick up but no way of getting it back up here. If anyone is or can let me know as I'd be willing to pitch in a little money for gas.
 
Yah hoping I can get it instead of him taking it to the scrap yard, would make a good base for the offroad project.
 
I dont know any one bringing a trailer to Stumpfest or anyone driving up to see you.
maybe you need to rent a Uhaul and trailer? lol
 
Just to clarify for those who havent been here before. I live in the city, and subsequently have a city 'lot'. I dont have a yard to work in (no, seriously). I have a very small shop, and a driveway of about the same size. If 'work' cant be done in either of those two places, then it cant be done here. I dont mind doing as much as we can in the time we have, but just want to be realistic. I see two projects going on at one time, and thats pretty much it. One in the driveway, and one in the shop. I am on very good terms with all of my neighbors, and would like to remain that way...lol. i.e., please dont work in the street on your vehicles. The road is narrow, and there is some traffic, albeit light. Most of you guys will need to park alongside my curb when you get here.

With that out of the way, is it safe to assume we are doing this on Saturday? or Sunday? Or?

Like I mentioned, I plan to do 90% of Marks stuff on Friday, and think I will be out in the shop until its done Friday night, so we have Saturday free.

Stumps a city dweller? with all the jeeps and crap you got? my gosh! lol
 
I was thinking about bringing over some small electrical projects, stereo replace, install back up lights, that could likely be done parked at the kerb?? If I bring the heep. Not sure I'll bother messing with it if we don't do the headliner... The Vibe is much more comfy, faster, and much better on the gas....
 
I'm just tagging along for moral support and food. O....I'll help a little too!!
 
speaking of food.. we ordering pizzas or what?
