I remember standing there a little dazed after I crawled out of the jeep. I was thinking to myself, I bet I could hook the winch onto that light pole and flip it back over and still make it to work... lol I was pretty out of it

I dont know why Dustin labeled this strike two... Maybe because this is the second Jeep he has seen me go through? lol Really this is the 3rd Jeep I have built. Had my original 87 wagoneer XJ, wanted something nicer so I picked up the blue 90, slowly destroyed that one on the trail then built this white one for the winter and as a nice DD for the girlfriend.

Wouldnt you know that morning before I left I was browsing through craigslist tryin to find a Jeep for me to build with my tax return. Maybe the white jeep knew somehow and got jealous? lol

Got my lady talked into removing the stitches in my nose today. lol She was pretty grossed out. Did you just use a screw driver for the staples or what? lol Im just looking at it as money saved! sad, I know

Thanks man. Paid a little more than I wanted but I drove it all the way back from Edmonds no problem. The only thing is its silver and electric and leather everything... My brothers jeep is silver and the electric windows have so many problems. I think im gonna paint it gunmetal blue with the orange accents. 91 so its an HO. It did great. But it does start out in 2nd unless I manually shift it from 1st. Bad TPS or blown fuse? The power/comfort switch doesnt light up which leads me to believe fuse. I couldnt find a fuse for the trans in the fuse panel like in renix jeeps though. Where is it?

the fuse is by the the trany computer under the dash on the passenger side

Dude. I though about that on the way back! Its funny cause me, melissa, my younger brother and his wife drove there. And at the same time my older brother and his wife also happened to be there. Then we found out that melissa's younger sister was there too! But we actually didnt get a chance to see anyone.

We were driving there to pick up a maroon Jeep, the guy said he would hold it for me and he text me 20 minutes before seattle and told me he sold it! I was pissed and was trying to find another one to look at on my phone since we drove the whole freakin way. Found this one and another one. By the time we got the title all signed over and done the girls only had 1-1/2 hours to go shopping at northgate. They werent happy. lol BUt between that and stopping to eat and the whole jeep mix up I was pretty stressed. Sorry man. Next time though! :cheers:
