Fixing my mistake

I had a semi low speed accident that was a total my bad. Trying to cross a two lane road with backed up traffic didn't see a guy until the tenth of a second where I nailed him. Insurance is setting him right, but I've lost the header, bumper, both endcaps, driver fender, etc. I've been locating parts and have found most of them, with a weird part # change for the fender for a 1998. But never mind all that. Seemed quite driveable until I finally got it on the highway and felt a little vibration in the steering wheel at 60mph. I'm dropping it into a body shop in a week, but want to know what they/I should be on the lookout for. Hoping it's just something like alignment, but...
