I have a stock rear tire carrier that mounts to the rear bumper and locks on the tailgate. This is not the old 86-9? that mounted to the bumper and the rear quarter panel.

Is in perfect working order, with very slight surface rust on a couple spots where there are welds. You must provide your own hardware. I will provide though the L-bracket that is used on the older style carrier that mounts under the end cap and to the rear bulkhead-- this provides added support when the carrier is open to prevent sagging. FWIW this carrier held a 31" without problems. With the l-bracket I think 33's would work too. YMMV.

$175 plus s/h on buyers dime.
