Still looking for a PC/Laptop

I looked for my old thread, but couldn't find it. Like the title says, I'm looking for used laptop or PC in decent shape. Let me know if you've got something, I'm not picky, and all I'd really need is the tower. Thanks guys. :yelclap:
 
How much computer do you need? If you're looking to buy, whats your budget like?

I can do a lot with little, but I need your requirements. :)
 
Dude what exactly do you need and what for (how fast)? Lemme know, i got a bunch of crap around here.
 
damn while people are throwin stuff out i could really use a laptop capable for note takin in class and maybe some occasional games when the professors get really boring or maybe some movie watching haha. Lemme know what ya guys got.
 
Use a pen and paper, its way easier and more efficient then trying to type all your professor's notes and diagrams down.
Then if youd really like, type your notes afterwords. Repetition is key to learning.

Once I stopped taking my laptop to class my grades skyrocketed. I got too distracted with the laptop and in class wifi. Now I have my ipod touch and it's a moot point but that's another story for another day.

X2 on that. I've got some surplus Windows laptops but they're not the newest machines...
 
hope im not highjacking this thread, but i am looking for a cheap laptop for my brother. he is living in panama but comes to the states every three months. what he is looking for is a way of communication like email and such to help cut the phone costs between the states and panama. about his biggest program he would like to install is an auto cad to help with drawing up some quik building plans. not a complete professional set of plans, just something to sketch out. any help would be highly appreciated. thanks...
