spring rate on your coil overs

I am putting in 16X2.5 fox coil overs in the front, mounted straight up and down, my Questions are,
--What springs (rates of each one) did you use Single double or triple
--What is the ride height of your shocks (down and up Travel)
--what is your valving

what kind of vehicle? an XJ? if so this belongs in mod tech, if not an XJ then WTF are you putting em on? coilovers can go on anything from a slammed honda civic to a monster lifted f350...
