Speedometer not working now

I just installed a SYE on my 231 and now my speedometer dosen't work. Anybody have any thoughts on how I can fix this?

Which SYE did you install?

Did you make sure the speedo drive gear was on the shaft when it went in? Is the speedo gear plugged into the side of the sye housing?

Either the speedo gear housing isn't clocked correctly (based on the number of teeth) or the speedo gear on the output shaft isn't installed correctly. Did you clip both snap rings onto the shaft? One above and one below the gear?
