Someone in Rockport

hey,

im working on the Winterfest raffle, and there is a vendor about 1/2 an hour's drive from rockport that would like to have a donation picked up -

Toumbs Repair in Mt. Sterling Illinois

I am still workin' with him, but i will eventualy need someone to go pay him a visit...

any takers?

Normally I go right by there every couple of months. With the holidays it may be January before the next trip. When I end up running that way, I will let you know.

he is all set and ready to donate a set of Dana 30 / Dana 44 azle shaft u-joints for us.

call him and he will leave them outside his shop in a location that you and him will talk about.

Well, ArmStrong (currently What Rd) and I are both in a local club with John. If you guys need anything else from him, just let us know. He is a nice guy with a lot of Jeep building/repair experience.

Oh BTW, Jeff and I have both been a little busy at work. Heck, I haven't even talked to him in a couple weeks and we live 20 minutes apart. But, none the less, we are still around.

Not this weekend. Have to help my neighbor with some flooring. Will be in the near future though.

I am a trail guide for Two Rivers, and I will have to get my trail whipped into shape before our first public run in May.

well, i was unable to contact him this week...everytime i called he had either left for the day or was out getting parts. if you would like to get these parts for winterfest just let me know, and go for it. otherwise i'll try to get in contact with him next week

ok...got ahold of tom today, and we are squared away as to how i will be picking them upi on saturday.

now opie, he said he needs some sort of receipt for me to leave for him that we picked these up from him as a donation to our event, so he can have it for tax purposes......can you make something up and sent it to me?
