Some help with RE drop down brackets

My drop downs did not come with any instructions and rubicon would not answer thier phones today. So any help would be greatly apreciated.
I got the big brackets on but can't figure out exactly how the little L shaped pieces get tied into to the upper mounts.
Mayby a pic?

drop for what? trac bar? sway bar? gay bar? no strike the last one....
