Actually, I laughed when I woke up and saw Beezil. All the windows down, and the rear hatch up. Even less protection than a tent. Of course, I did go temporarily blind when the sun reflected off of his head :laugh:

Ya never know what the weather in IN is gonna be for the WinterFext. It may be cold, it may be 40 degrees. It may be snowing, sludging, raining, or have the sun shining. Be prepared for snow and/or rain.

Depending on if I get my axles under the Heep by then, I may be there. It's a long haul for me. 8+ hours, but I gotta meet some of you guys. Tellico is 6.5 hours from me and is definately worth the drive, is Attica as good as tellico??(i.e. is it worth the drive?) If I don't make it, I'll definately be at NACfest and the Crawl.

Is it worth 8+ hours? I don't want to talk you out of it, but I'd have to say no. It takes me a little longer than that to get to Tellico, and I think that's worth it. But to drive that long to get to Attica, I wouldn't feel the same. No comparison to Tellico. Other factors, if you get your swap done and are on 35s or bigger....some may "force" you to do purgatory (*could* cause you to do some work before you make the haul home).

All that being said, it's a good time, and I plan on being there. I'd like to camp if its not as cold as it was last year.
