So what are you fixing this weekend?

I never got around to doing my hood pins, not because i had other things to do but because i am lazy and didnt want to clean the garage before pulling in

Im fixin' to cart Wyfie around this weekend Xmas shopping.

Quality time will be had. (with the old men on the benches in the mall)

hope to fix my back by the weekend...scooped about 1000 bushels of corn this weekend and cant hardly stand up straight and turn my neck...

in next few weekends...

-get a $250 XJ (lost title so its so cheap) and strip the parts i want and sell what i dont need or want then get rid of the tub within a week)
-get the doors back on the XJ
-fix the horrible bang that the XJ makes as the suspension cycles
-make the track bar mount on the frame side to stop move around (can see where the nut slided around)
-install and adjust the HDoffroad shackle relocator
-raise the gas tank
-swap the D35 out for the welded/trussed C8.25 27 splines axle
-full circle snap rings on the front axle shafts u-joints
-build a storage system in the back seat area (seats removed)
-finish the rock slider by add tubes from the frame to the sliders (welded in the place of the rocker panels right now)
-most importantly thing, EXO-CAGE :woohoo:

I am not sure if i can do all of them in this winter break, but lets hope so! i want to get most of them done before Jan 16 for Bundy Hills snow run

Looks like I'm heading up to JCR Saturday morning to grab some leaf packs. Meeting halfway is a nice way to cut down an all day trip into a few hours. I wanna get some stuff done, but it's not likely. Maybe next weekend.

I am going to attempt to pull out Josh's coils from the JY this weekend (weather depeding). And attempt to do the lower quarter panel tuck on my XJ

This pleases the Josh. The Josh wishes you luck.

next summer im stroking it to a 408. right now its just a stock bore with flat tops, some serious head work, and abt a 500 lift cam. the 727 has b&m shift kit. and the rear has an auburn locker with 3.55`s

did all the work myself after hours when i worked at cale kerns speed shop

Plowing what? Bedford doesn't have any snow?!

I've been cleaning up the 'new' truck today. It was definitely a work truck, but I've never been one to have a shiny new vehicle. The PO of our house was kind enough to leave a diamondplate truck toolbox behind the shed, so today it found a new home in the Chevy.

I need to make a junkyard run to Liberty soon to pick up some interior bits and a tailgate.

got to get my front ring and pinion replaced, but I'm so tired ill probably just drink beer and stare at the parts

Well finally got this done. Replaced a u-joint and tightned up the jam nuts on my steering. Driving home from the shop in four wheel drive to break in the gears was fun (front locker)
