April 28?

Roasting a hog has been mentioned. Who's interested? This would move the location of the M&G @25 miles south Eham, to Louisville, IL. The primitive camping and light wheeling would still available for those interested.

I'll be there. Do we need to pitch in $ for the hog? Do we need to bring anything beside our own beverages? I can bring catfish and my fryer.

On a side note, i can't download the form to fill out and mail back in with a check to join NAXJA. What am I doing wrong? I don't have pay pal so I have to send a check.

hog=good!
I'll look into that date. My anniversary falls during that week (15th this year!).

Your anniversary is on the 15th this year... Do you observe the lunar calendar or something?

Damn impressive. I never would have guessed you could get a hog so nicely browned over a sunflower tablecover. :dunno:

I use the NRA calendar. It says that on April 25 this year (and one weekend on either end of that week) I must recognize the day as my 15th wedding anniversary or my wife WILL shoot me. :peace:

May 5 is the official set in stone date.
If you can make it great, if not....maybe next time.

Looks like a hog will cost us a little under $100.

Sounds like a pretty good price on the hog. It needs to be about 200lb standing (140-150 dressed). No feet or head please.

Gonna be a pretty good way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! :party:

So, how long does it take to smoke a 200lb piggy in that contraption?

What fuels this beast?
