Cool Vid.....thats some semi-serious mud......not too deep but good consistency.....towards the end, it was looking a bit like MudFest at Lake Okeechobbee....only with a lot less trucks stuck:greensmok

I am originally from Georgia and I know what mud is. I now live in SOCAL and trust me, this is about the best muddin gets in SOCAL.. Especially considering we have had less than 3" inches of rain in th past year!
Trucks do get stuck there, often... Take a look at the SOCAL Chapter area and you will see lot's of posts and pics from a group of the yahoos that goi out there every few weeks. I am going to get out there again soon myself, but my XJ is not built for muddin... MT/R's are horrible in the mud, but great everywhere else....
I just play in the small puddles and watch the bigger trucks go crazy...

There is absolutely nothing like Southeast mudd. Fla, Ala, GA, the Carolina's....nice, sticky, soupy stuff.....

search youtube for "azusa mud" it gets pretty nasty out there, but rob is right thats about as good as it gets out here. its a resevoir and they let us wheel in it when the water level goes down.

Yep, but you already knew that.....:laugh3:

We almost came out yesterday with both Jeeps, but we partied a little late on Sat evening and did not move so quickly yesterday...

My wife wants to bring her TJ out there, I told her cool, but she has to clean it....
 
i was up at 5:30 am saturday, left reno at 10pm, drove home 9 hours, dropped off the wife, and drove straight to azusa.

you just didnt want to go bad enough :D
