I think so, they look ok, a little surface rust.

Not sure as I didn't get rotors with the axle.

non XJ related: 100ft or so of Cat5 cable. Its not on a spool so some untangling would be needed but if you want to wire your house for ethernet/phone or whatever, come get it.
