So Cal desert rats

Guess what we have, Nope thats not it.Screw it i'll tell you. WIND, thats right WIND.FU*KING WIND. God i hate this chit.Got some stuff to do around the house and then off to find some trails, i hope. Looking to find a easy but looks real hard for the stocker class,2" to no lift open,open. I want to find a cool canyon for the locked boys and girls to play in. I am thinking of running tail light canyon to MIKE's hill then out to the wash. Yea run that one wash backwards.Havent ran that wash for almost a year now.
 
None here, yesterday We had wind and it made it a Really Nice Day! Of course Our wind here does not re-locate Our property like Yours.

Did you or did you not get that drill press? Do you plan on picking it up and bring it over to my place or what? Cause if thats the plan i need to make run for it. Then you can use it here till you get your place all set up for it. Sound cool to you? It is summer time and we both know it is going to be hot sooner or later an you are not going to be working in the sun and heat.Up to you son.
By the way we are BASHING the chit out of you on the thread.HA HA.
 
So i put my 1.5 amp charger on the battery and let it sit over night and got it up to 13.59.At this point i got my meter on the battery an i can watch the numbers go down.So i think the battery is chit, what say you?It went down to 11.2 and was still going down when i took the metter off. Now would this make the ALT charge funny, you know, it shows a high charge then a very low charge as you're driving it.This was putting it the garage letting it just sit there running.

Sure could, Scott. Regulator trying to satisfy the needs of the battery. The battery is up & down, I sure it's confused what to do.
 
I'm going to pull my battery out of my jeep to see if this helps.If it smokes my battery i won't be using my jeep next weekend.I have to get the truck running for my son inlaw so he can save money.Yep i get it in the A$$ again.I hear i am giving them the toy next.
 
Done voting.I parked the truck next to the power pole.Wife has a flat tire in her jeep, she may need a new tire.Funny how this works.

A little confused. Tone gave Me his old optima core, I was going to use it when I put in the second battery. But that now is going to be a while. Your welcome to use the core to get a battery.
 
Thank you for the offer paul. The truck is going to wait till i can get the wifes jeep is fixed. Then if if i don't have to buy a tire for it i need to do a little work on hers.Then i may work on the truck.As of this time i don't need to spend money on my truck that i don't even drive right now.
 
Washing the jeep today..... Found another broken rack mount haha, I'm too savage for my own good sometimes :(
