Hey Scott thanks for delivering the parts I needed. I did not realize that the drive to my house was that hard on U-Joints. And I thought your back yard was hard on parts.

It is those dam paved roads...Get me every time they do...LOL...I have never lost a u-joint in a drive thru...I was sitting with my foot on the brake, but it runs about 1200 in gear...No biggie, all done...All i had was a used one that was still good...
So later, after i heel i'll buy a new set

you cant see the damn inside of the carrier there buddy lol.

it looks like an open diff, if there is a spring in it by the cross pin between the spider gears, its got a limited slip in it. the trak lok limited slip iunits usually have squared off edges on the carrier, not rounded on the one end where it goes into the bearing.

I'm telling you, i have the 488's on 33's..I get great MPG and still runs fast on the freeway..But when i go to 35's i am set..My last trip that we did a mileage test, i got 23 per gal...Not bad for a old jeep..
