Took Me almost 2 hrs to host & post these. I Hate Dial Up!

Here's how far 75 hrs will get You. Lot's-O-Parts inside, spring loaded ball bearing that shoot out like missiles when dis assembled. And Oh My God, did I mention rust. I'm on My third wire wheel, and it's half done. A couple cans of liquid wrench & W-D. One tub of luberplate, which I used on All mating surfaces, screw bosses & moving parts as a coating. Don't want anymore rust. And it's being painted "Green" again...Hey, it's as close as I could come with the paint I had available. ;)

The tins came out fairly well. The stanchion is permanently dis-colored, any more wet sanding and the dia. was going to change for the worse. I finished with 1500 wet & dry, it's smooth as silk. :D Nice little vise. :)

You can see the crack to fix here, should not be a big deal.

Working with my boss today can't talk much... But it started fine when I went to move it this morning, then I went to leave to work 5mins later and it wouldn't even start/make a click/anything, so I tried to start in Netural/move the shifter and nothing. I'm thinking cps or battery maybe. I get off today at 2 and have the next 2 days off, if I can get it started I'm going to Pauls :)

I was gonna try that trick but my tool box is at my g-mas in the cove next to the trailer/frame... Tried tapping the starter with a golf club no luck...

All you need to jump the start is a small wire..Couple "s long..Or a small screwdriver..Make sure you have in park with the E-BRAKE set..

Make sure the ket is on too...LOL
