I am so HAPPY you got it running..Now all we need to do is install a lift on it..Tell your dad you want a 4.5" lift, NO higher ok..Then you can run 32" tires and go anywhere you want..Have fun with school and stuff, hope to see you out on the trail.

If you guys need any help with your jeep just let me or one of the RATS know, more than happy to help..

Don't feel bad Scott my optima is on it's last leg too 8 years and it's actin up now... It's just a matter of time...

Curt, look through the jeepspeed section, there is a build thread on an i beamed XJ in there.

10-4... I've checked the thread out... it's just this guy is probably within a mile or two... and I like to get close up... touch & feel so to speak...
Don't perv. up the toucn & feel statement.

I need to buy a battery for cyndees jeep..I think i lost the ALT in her jeep too..When i drove it around it showed 19 in the RED all the time now..

You might put a meter on it... mine has for awhile, but really isn't...

Curt

Did this morning after i got it jumped started..It shows 16.5, when i rev it up it make the battery bubble..So i think it is bad..Does the 94 have voltage reg built in or what?

I'm home all day, i passed out and the wife doesn't want me driving today..So i guess i'll go out to the garage to finish the POS vw and get the wifes jeep in there to look at it..

One is a deep cell, one is not. For a pass cars (and Jeep) I got reds.

deep cycle, not deep cell. if you are running a lot of extra accessories like a winch, big stereo, or a lot of lights, get a yellow top. it will take the abuse of high amperage draws better than a red top will. If you don't care about any of that crap get a red top. if you store your jeep for long periods of time AND have a lot of accessories get a blue top.
