2nd gear at 5000 + rpm is how I roll! I never got below 60 once I hit 17 until I got off my exit at Happy Valley. Waaaay too scary when the Jeep started hopping around when I dropped much below 60. It was a serious white knuckle ride between Cottonwood and 17, traffic was hovering around 55. I don't see anything obvious with the rig but suspect the tires are the culprit. Bias, chewed up, not round, not balanced, and old. Not exactly a great street combo...

That's how my ride was out to fj and back towing my 6000lb jeep on the trailer behind the motor home
