Its not that im retarded (or high)... I understand what is going on. I just wanted to know if I need to hook this up between the head unit and factory amp, or between factory amp and rear speakers. I know it says to splice in to rear speakers, but I didnt know if things change scince I have the factory amp. I think the main problem I am having is, I dont ask questions that well. Its hard for me to put down on screen what im thinking. And I would have someone install it, but im a little tight on cash at the moment. Anyway, any help is appreciated.

Most audio setups are quite simple - it's just a matter of finding information. Once you've got that, the rest is simple mechanics.
