right now it's set to end at 2:30 on 2/28... also I cannot edit it at this point.. maybe a mod can but I'm not sure.

How about putting an end date on this vote? Maybe Friday the 22nd at 11:59pm. That way people have a chance to vote, but this does not get dragged out for too long...Most people who care will hopefully vote. This is just a suggestion....

Well I think we need to get the number of people to aprove the chapter first. Right now only 5 people have voted in the thread to go ahead with the chapter which is the first thing we have to do.

My opinionis no, You need people with club experiance.
