would ford ranger lifting coil springs fit in a XJ

yeah i've read F-150 will work but ibe found a set of ranger 4" lifting springs online and got thinking that if similare to f-150s they might work and flex better then the heavery f series coil

find out the spring rate and the size of the coils top and bottom. Then compare to XJ coils
