the game is at 4 so I would suggest that you plan to get to the fenway area around 2 to hit the bars in the area and lunch
good food in the fenway area:
-Tasty Burger, its an old jiffy lube turned into a kickass burger joint
-Yardhouse bad ass food and massive beer tap selection (180 taps)
-Boston Beer Works, brew pub
-Street Meat, classic fenway experience
good bars in fenway:
-cask n flagon (espn vote #1 sports bar or something like that)
-beerworks
-yardhouse
-coppperfields
-game on
-blecherbar, has a view from inside the center field wall, is small and gets packed quick as you can watch the game in person for free
Now what ever you do not drive to fenway there is little to no parking, just take the subway and goes right to the stadium and follow the hords of people walking to the stadium. take the green line, B, C, or D lines to Kenmore station. The E line does not go to Kenmore station
now for funtivies that you can do before the game, I would say check out the north end and quincy market lots of cool historical sits in that area to check out and get little shops to poke your head into to buy good new England sea food or bad ass Italian food. also prepare to walk every were, every thing in within a few minute walk from each other or just a quick hop on the subway
As for night drinking that will depend on where you are staying for good drinking, boston in made up of a bunch of little hubs that all have good bars and restaurants in them
