Looking into some leaf spring relocaters that are on sale here by one of the vendors and I just wanted to get some insight on their performance v.s. value?

I just installed mine last weekend. I had put on new BDS springs, which changed my shackle angle making the shackles hit inside the box. It took me about 5 hours to install (had to deal with bumper and gas skid lining up with shackle relocaters.) I have not wheeled yet, but it definitely lets my shackle drop more and springs flex more... I had to jack it up a bunch more to get it back together. Going over speed bumps is smoother. In my case they were worth it.

I put mine in from liquid iron. added nearly 2 inches on top of brand new RE 3.5" leaf springs (made in USA). and they still just wont flex. I'm considering removing a leaf from the packs or ditching the brackets until the leafs are broken in. wasn't worth $100 plus shipping to me. so far

if you get some, don't get liquid iron. they ran the welds and I had to considerably shave the bushings down to fit

mine work great installed mine on a broken in leaf pack with 1" shackles rear sits a little bit higher than front but they function great and install was super easy...i have the h.d. offroad ones

one of my first mods. i installed them when my jeep was stock, and it drove better, but the stock shackles are too short. i now have some rustys .75" lift shackle. barely works, but works. this xj flexes MUCH better than my last xj w/out the shackle relocaters. def a good investment.

I added a set of HDOR relocator brackets shortly after lifting, added BDS 1" lift shackles as well ... went together perfectly and the ride is way smoother than it was with stock shackles and location. Everything fit together without issues, the BDS shackles slid right in snuggly.

Devil frog, thats quite a bit you trimmed off. i was thinking of doing the same. the HDOE have A LOT of adjustment. if you trim that off, you can still use stock shackles.

Don't plan to ever use stock weaksauce shackles again, I still have some adjustment rear ward but it would mean moving the bracket back into the slotted holes (not a big deal as it's only four bolts). No worries, I'm pretty much done with my rear now. Just some cleaning painting and maybe a little tweaking is all. The BDS shackles hit just like the stock shackle (except they are about 4x thicker), and I wanted room to move when needed ... I couls have trimmed less but I would have lost the mounting holes anyway so why keep the extra weight.

Souske I'm asking now, isn't that what you want and the purpose of the relocates like in the pic? I would think you want them just short of vertical 35* to 40* degree incline to the rear for ride which still allows greater droop as opposed to the short stock shackle & it's vertical position? Obviously the picture you posted is in the extreme and does not allow for bump absorption as well as potential inversion!
