Serpentine Belt Removal

turn the adjuster bolt to the right to tighten the belt. make sure you have the correct bolts loosened so the pump will slide freely, you already know there's 4 of them. it took me a while to figure which ones to loosen on my 93' but i finally got it done the other day. now i bet i could do the whole thing in under 10 min.

It's called Shupee's 4x4, and it's in Traveler's Rest, South Carolina. They have a bunch of XJs in the back. I don't know a whole bunch about it, to be honest. I just know they have Jeeps, and that's what the guy deals with.

I think they do the pulling, though. I went looking for a line, and they turned me down, saying that it was too much of a pain to take off. I would assume that means that they would be taking it off, and not me, and it's not worth their trouble. But they did show me how they fix them when they went bad.
