Did they vote today, I've been away from the TV and radio today, and dont see anything on the news yet?

What happened anyone know?

They are still debating.

Last I heard 3 or 4 had passed. It sounded like only 2 were likely to die. One is making manufactures liable for how their products are used and the concealed carry on school campus. Both of witch sounds like the Dems themselves were killing

I just heard that the Outdoor Channel will also pull out of Colorado if the state passes the proposed anti-gun legislation. I am still trying figure out how these half baked libs got elected. Has Colorado become so short sighted as to allow this s&!t. It's a crying shame they have any control at all.

Its the Cali Libs that have invaded the state in the last 10-15 years that are turing us into a HARD BLUE state. Sucks ARSE for those of us that have been here for ever and dont want to see our state become a mini Cali

Well the big one moved forward, not passed, but progressed. Interesting to see what happens there.

The campus carry died and the ridiculous liability died as well. Thank god.

Now I am curious what the fees are going to be. aka. how high the Tax is.

Background check fees will be 10-12$ anyways. In reality most smaller gun stores or at the gun show the vendors charge you at least that fee to do your back ground check.

There is a chance on the mag one. It sounds like several of the dems are against it and a couple more on the fence. If one or two more hop off the fence and say no then it will die on Monday. If it passes we're screwed because Hikenlooper is a schmuck and will sign it.

Im curious how long it will take to appeal the fee, if someone will push the "tax" idea.

I hope it dies monday. Ive been emailing daily anyway.

enlighten me evrery gun i bought in co ,a background check was done , it had a description and serial no of the gun, in fact every gun i have ever owned was registered like that, So why worry aabout a backgrond fee ,thats the way its been and it won't change ,

do you pay a fee to vote.
to talk/write/etc?
to be able to not self incriminate?
to practice variety of religion or beliefs?

so why for bearing arms?

But Driving is not a GOD given right, nor is it a constitutional one.
Plus the Fedral Instacheck is free, Why is that good enough for the other states and not us. We dont need the CBI check anyway,Its justa crock of SHEEEIT

As far as I know, that paperwork is for the FFL, not for the background check. To my understanding the guns are not registered as the serial number wasn't submitted to the gov. The paperwork is retained so the FFL has records of the transfer as required by the ATF.

I've never paid to get a background check here in Wyoming. I have paid to have an FFL dealer receive a gun for me that was purchased elsewhere. For them to charge for the background check is a rip off, and if Colorado passes this POS legislation it's merely another lib tax so they can spend money that was never theirs in the first place. Obama at the state level. My advice drive to Cheyenne and purchase your guns.

How is owning a gun any more of a so called "GOD" given right than driving a car?

because it is listed as its own amendment as an unalienable, god given right via the constitution/bill of rights.
ya know, the paperwork this country is founded and built upon. The stuff they teach you for years and years from grade school on....

your post, in its entirety, is EXACTLY what is wrong with our country currently. That question represents the mindset that is failing us and keeping dumb shits in power.

Of course the constitution doesn't allow us to have a standing federal army either, so.....
