yeah...same here, but I took it for less. These were small problems to me and the rest of the jeep is solid, so I took it.
You ever wheel around here (besides main OHV parks)? I know of some small places here in the boro if you want to get together sometime...

89 with 6.5 inches of lift. New tires/rims in the works. Current ones are to narrow and rub on the R.E Long Arms.

Hey y'all, I've lurked for awhile reading and learning, I picked up my '92 in May for $750 and just needed to replace the water pump and belt. Lift/tires will come when $$ is better. Just got two new pups.

Hey man...Ive actually been down that trail by 24 a lot. It used to be badass...tons of deep holes, lots of water and mud, some mild rock crawling stuff. Now its been widened and graded. Its all passible in a friggin Honda Civic now man. Blows..it used to be the best place I could find. Theres another place out 231 past the landfill and its ok, but again, pretty passible in 2wd...some stuff is harder, and its still kinda fun to get dirty, but nothing big.
Let me know if you're gonna hit Wooly's this weekend...I might be down. Whats your ride?

Almost forgot, first Jeep product we've ever owned.

I know, I know but it's all I have right now. Might go to the yards and nab a stocker until I can fab up a new one with a swing out spare tire carrier.
