I messaged the individual last night and asked what the specs where.
The reply was "It's made by Dynatrac. It has 4.56 gears, detroit locker and a disk brakes."
I can't seem to find a listing for the axle new. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place. How much does this thing cost new?

Dynatrac is quality stuff. Some people don't have fab skills and just want something that won't break that they can just bolt in and go. Wish I had the coin for custom axles.... Sure is a simple solution.:viking:

I agree but is a rear 44 really worth 3600 bucks with a Detroit locker and some gears?
I don't doubt it's good stuff I just feel like the price is insane. The fact that it was sold in Hawaii might have had something to do with that.

thats too funny, I know exactly where this place is, yes they are very overpriced, watched a guy pay like $500 for a steering stabilizer and install, because the shop knew the guy had no idea what he was getting and like most lifted trucks here, its all about the looks, not the consequences of having all your tread outside the fender well.
also don't get fooled by the name Maui Off Road, they have 2 shops and are located on islands of Oahu and Maui.
they are also home of the "Maui Monster", a Chevy whose suspension is as hard as a rock, watch this... MAUI MONSTER youtube
