Seriously, green salad, cole slaw, that sort of thing would be great accompaniments to some nice hot Italian sausage. could be patties or links, either way. Buy a few less buns than meat, since I won't eat the bun. I need to reserve my carb intake for beer.

I don't watch my carbs... All my vehicles are fuel injected =)
