Every time someone posts a ride there I have a previous commitment. I will be in hotlanta on the 14 and Columbia the 16th so I doubt I will make this one.
 
So WHAT days are ya'll going to be there!

Something else to consider... If anyone wants to slap some burgers on the grill at my house after we ride is welcome to come on over. I live about 30 minutes from Gulches. My house is tiny so the only place I can offer to sleep is in the yard. I got a 3 acre from yard so we have plenty parking and plenty room for tents. We'll have a big fire too! and BEER!

I have received confirmation that Petersen's 4Wheel and Off Road Magazine will be in attendance on Saturday February 19th for the Save the Gulches Ride. They are sending Ali Mansour, their Tech editor to capture the excitement and help spread the word about our park. So shine up your rig and you may be spotlighted in their magazine.​
 
Maybe I'll have to try and get over there for some parkin. You know if half the people who say they are showing up show up it will be a parking lot. :sure:
 
Glenn, you're right about that. There's a few places that'll bottleneck really bad with a packed house but it's not that bad. MOST places have bypasses.

I'm excited! I haven't been wheelin in 6 months!


I'm planning on driving up on friday after noon riding for a while, then I'll leave my junk there and come home and go back early saturday for an all day ride.

I still wanna know what day all of you are coming! If you plan on coming up and need some direction don't hesitate to give me a call. PM me and I'll shoot ya my number.

I might try to come over Saturday for the day. I will not get there till 10 or after though. It all depends on how that week goes.
 
The current list of attending is absolutely huge, might make for a rough weekend. My group was planning to go, but we made a VA Trip at the end of January and funds are pretty tight across the board. As of now looks like a YJ on 36's locked/locked and a XJ on 31's Open/Open in our group, maybe an extra or 2. My heep can't make this one.

I should be riding/spotting for the YJ on 36's.
 
I have the day off work now. Won't be able to stay overnight though.
 
I will no longer be attending... going to be doing my clutch come next Saturday.

Ha! Your funny. 189k aint bad on what very may well be the stock clutch. I was planning on replacing it anyways when I rolled 200k, it just decided to call it a bit earlier.
