Install D44:
Assemble
Shorten drive shaft
Fab axle side tracbar mount
Order and build tracbar, drag link, and tie rod.
Mount and balance my tires on the new rims and put em on the Jeep.
Break Jeep.

No you need a piece of 5" x .25 x 12" or maybe a little more and some drill bits and an angle grinder with a cut off wheel. I might still have my template laying around somewhere. If you can get the metal we can build one. I'll see what is going on but that week I have to go to hotlanta. MAybe we can get a seperate ride going another weekend if I cannot make this one.

Lennie is a gulches hatter last I talked to him. When they went over there everything was very difficult and no one could do anything. Hence why he and some others from here quit going. That and the fact that they all broke and $$$$ are short. They have been wheeling the Painted Paradise farm and URE mostly to my knowledge. I have not gone because it is too far for me to make a day trip out of.

well.. things considered.. its the closest park to my house. So for weekends where we ll want to go 4wheeling, it wont be so bad.
Winch it! if you can't make something its not shameful to use a winch or get tugged out.

Oh ya. It stiffened up the steering a ton and fixed all the crapping and popping when steering.

I'll be there if I have this thing running again by then. Currently have some valve guides being replaced and I added some MSD, SAFC-II and an Innovate wideband 02 sensor to the equation while I've been waiting. I should have it back in commission by then though.

This would be my first time wheeling in over 3 years. I haven't even been wheeling with this cherokee yet. Used to be 2WD.

got one shaft fixed. the other is ok. just need an alignment, or a truck and trailer lol. lookin into a truck, can prob borrow a trailer. guess i'll find out one day
