Sand Blasting, anyone help me out

I need to see about blasting a ford F350 front bumper. Its a ARB black and need it raw, so have it redone in white.

Anyone have Means to do this? its only 50$ locally but if your here and want like 20 to so bucks and it helps out a member, thats better for both us.

Local to anaheim prefered, but not required really...

Robert.... hit me up, my powdercoat guy can hook it up, Ill bet he would media blast and pcoat for 75 bucks (he can do white, that is almost identical to the ford)
