I used one once to free a trailer a buddy wedged into the bank ATM lane Jacked up one side of the (empty) trailer to get the tires off of the curb and he backed up over it.
Kinda funny looking back on it.

We had jackstands under the jeep and they caught the jeep, THe highlift was being used to raise the rear of the jeep so we could get the axle centered under the jeep correctly.
