planning on ordering the 4.5 this weekend if money works out, i was planning on leaving out the shocks and getting some others. will this knock off around 100? im looking at about 700 right now and of course i need it shipped, this is for the spring pack. how much do u think shipping with be?can i pull this off everying in the package but the shocks shipped for around 700?

Call and ask somone at rusty's they are pretty helpful and will be able to give you a better answer than anyone here on what it will cost.

not sure on the price for not getting the shocks, but shipping is pretty hi.. I drove down from Va. and picked up my stuff... cost of gas vs cost of shipping I saved money, but with the gas prices now I'm not so sure you would save..

you can just add the lift to the shopping cart on their website, then checkout, and it should ask for your name and all the shipping info. after that the next page has how you want to ship it, just drop down the menu and it will have how much the shipping is. they're in alabama and i'm in florida and it would cost me $143 to ground ship the 4.5 kit.

I also drove down to pick up my stuff. I got the lift, air tube, exhaust kit, and shocks. Rainbow City is only an hour and a half from Huntsville. They are probably an hour or two from chattanooga. Good guys.

Rusty's shocks are good and cheap & come with the kit... I'm not too sure how you're gonna save money leaving out the shocks, when you'll need them for your lift... logic :dunno:

im leaving out the shocks so i will get others, as of right now i am just collecting everything, (money issue). im going to get the lift minus the shocks so in a little while ill get ranchos or pro comps in place. I want to go ahead and get the lift so i dont waste my money on other things like i tend to do...

If you are anything like me I know you are prolly already dead set on the Rusty's, but if you looked into lifts kits that are carried by Summit Racing then you could benefit in the shipping costs area. Most things they carry there are no shipping charges (Just 8.95 handling I think). On their bigger items they charge shipping but it is a small fee. I think the lift I ordered back in the summer was 10.00 to ship. Heck, I even ordered my tires from them. It was only 50.00 to ship 5 tires.
