I can guarantee you without a doubt that CA smog is far more particular about what you can and cannot do to your intake and exhaust systems, if it doesn't have a CARB sticker or serial number on it you run the risk of getting failed and having to put it back to stock to pass and getting flagged in the system. I'm glad you pass where you're at but federal emissions standards and CA emissions standards are two very different lists.
