running 35s with 355s

Hey Joe, I don't know what you been smokin but 307's and 35's aren't going to work. I have 35's and 355's. 4th gear is usless and I am lucky if I can hit 80 on flat ground, in 3rd gear with a good tail wind! There just isn't enough power to push it any farther. 307's would just make that worse!

well DUH, neil, Thats why I used a throttle cable from a SCOUT..its LONGER and lets you press the pedal for more throttle..... I can give you the part # if you want for your jeep...then you can use O/D like me.....I get great gas milage...on the speedo thing for the engine, its at likejust under 2 maybe a little over about 1.5 @ 95
