As most know by now I picked up Doug's stroker. I'm taking this opportunity before I put it in my Jeep to do all the gaskets, strip it down and repaint, and most likely port & polish the head. Also want to do battery cables, hoses, and what not when I do the swap. I wanted a place to dump the pictures.

Ill sell it when I finish the swap. Also have 4.2 crank and rods that can go with it.

PolarJeep04(Jason) is still rocking the motor from my totaled Jeep. I can vouch for this motor hauling some ass. I saw it at Harlan last year........Surprised the jeep didn't fall apart taking off like that!

It will be awhile before the motor actually gets swapped. Plans are right now to do on the stand:

Degrease/strip/paint Caravelle Blue
Disassemble head
Oversized LS1 valves
Port & Polish
Possibly roller rockers, but most likely going to wait on those.
All new gaskets
A/C delete pulley
Dual Taurus fans, delete clutch fan
WJ steering pump
99 Intake will be P&P, bored throttle
24# Injectors
Brown Dog rubber mounts
other stuff I can't think of at the moment

Once all that's done, I'll let yall know a day/weekend when its time for the swap. Of course yall are always more than welcome to come by before then. During the swap, while the bay is free, also going to do:

Durango steering box
All new power mains and marine terminals
Dual diaphragm brake booster
Fix that @#$%^#%%%$ slave cylinder!!!

You'll like the Brown Dog rubber mounts...just got mine today in the mail to swap in place of the poly mounts.
