Just got a Dana 30 carrier from Rocky Road. Ordered on the phone and was told that it would ship right out. Turned out to be on backorder, but they never contacted me.
Had to call them twice, but they never could tell me anything definite. BTW, I don't have a job where I can make a call and be on hold for 10 minutes. The carrier arrived three weeks after I placed the order.
They were nice enough on the phone. But it's a good thing I wasn't in a hurry.

As a former Suzuki guy I have some familarity with RRO.
Call DPG, I ordered and received their hybrid 5" a couple of weeks ago. All arrived in a very timely manner.

I got my BB on Christmas Eve, Merry Christmas to me! I think they may have given me an extra pair of spacers, I have 4 in the box and when stacked, it looks like a lot more than 1.5" per side...Only took about a week from order date til receipt and everything's there. I have no complaints about service or shipping times.

i purchased my OME lift from them and it was alright little noise for the trac-bar.
when i was putting my 8.8 in i asked about a lockright from them for the LS carier they said sure send it right out. turns out powertrax dosn't make a lockright for the LS carier and they only make a no-slip. i called them back and the canclled the order no prob but i had to call back a few times and finaly talk to the owner to get the money back. (the owner was very nice and everything worked out but some of there CS people need a little help)
DPG is the way to go good prices, good people, good service. i ordered quite a bit form Dirk and it all went very smoothly he called me back about problems with delays on shipment of products form the manufacturer and talked to me for a good hour about my setup and the direction i was going with it to try to fit me with the best products for me!! A++ in my book

I'm not one to bash a business, so I won't.
I ordered my 2" BB from RRO last February, I received it in reasonable packaging, no scratches/damage, nothing unusual. The shackles are QUITE beefy, in my opinion. This BB really did the trick for me. I received it in about 3-4 business days. I was happy with the order.
HOWEVER!!!
I have had a few orders with DPG Offroad and I have nothing but the highest compliments for him. He's an honest, CHRISTIAN man, who enjoys Jeeps, plainly put. He'll talk to you and recommend things (like hockey pucks instead of buying a 2" or 3" RE bumpstop from him) that may or may not profit him. He just wants to see your Jeep SAFE and see you get the most bang for your buck.
Rocky Road Outfitters is a good company in my opinion. If you're looking to order better quality, name brand products for the lowest price around, Dirk at DPG Offroad is the man to see.

I ordered the step rails, and had nothing but problems with them. This sounds weird, but they keep f***ing up the lengths of the arms that attach to the frame. ie: its mounted up to the pinch seam, but the arms that attach to the frame are half an inch from touching the "frame". Anyhow, I sent both back once. Got the new ones, had to send one back because of the same problem; got another new rail, its wrong as well. I still need to send it back, its been a few months and I need to talk to them but I was away at school. I just think I'll try and get my money back cause I', tired of this crap. By the way, the paint was horrible on every set, it flakes off easily.
On a positive note however, they are always very friendly to me on the phone, and sent out there products promptly, I usually got them in a few days. Also, they seem very solid. I just wish they could get this right, but now that I have my own welder I would rather make my own than deal with them.

Installed the shackles and they were off by just a little bit as far as fitment. Had to wrestle (big screwdriver and mallet) them into place but once on I don't think they'll ever need to be replaced, beefy as hell. After gettin the spacers put in we tried to install the BPEs, only to find that they had drilled the mounting holes wrong and it was impossible to fit them without either drilling into the bracket itself or drilling a large part out of the shock mount... I will be returning them and either trying to get new ones or just getting a refund and using the money on window motors or tow hooks...

i wish i read this thread a week ago!!! i ordered a adj track bar and drop pitman from rro thursday with 3-day shipping. called friday to verify my order and was told the track bar is being powder coated and would ship that night or the following monday.... monday + 3-day shipping is thursday. called today and was told they were waiting on tie rod ends. their eta for the tie rod ends is tomorrow. will ship monday + 3-day shipping. we'll see..... i hate poor customer service!!!!! aaaarrrrgggghhhhh!!!!

Their customer service leaves something to be desired. Try Jason over at JeepinOutfitters.com Always great delivery times and service from them. Just got the u-turn kit from them, free shipping and delivered in a week.
