My wife and I lost a member of our family last night to a stroke. Henry was our dog. He gave us so many years of faithfull companionship. My only hope is that we did the same for him. Our big boy turned 13 in Feb and even with hip problems he could still keep up with the younger dogs in our area. He loved to take rides in the Jeep even if it was just around the block. He went for his last ride this morning to the crematorium. He will be DEEPLY missed. Please keep him in your prayers.

that sucks man. From the way you talked at WF I assumed he was your best buddy.

the only bad thing about owning dogs is outliving them, that's for sure.

I feel your pain I lost my English Springer in November and burying that dog was one of the toughes things I have ever done. I had that dog longer than I had my first wife. Keep your head up..

Thanks for the kind words. He truely was my best friend. We did quite a bit of stuff together. I dont know what to do with his toys, bed. The house seems so empty without him. I just hope he is in a better place. He will be missed.:tear: Like I said before going for a ride in the Jeep was his fav thing to do. I almost didnt feel the same without him this afternoon.

Sorry for your loss. I went through similiar circumstances not too long ago myself.
Time heals all wounds.

I still miss my ole Golden, MICKEY

Sorry to hear about your loss. The loss of a loved one is always very hard. Prayers are being sent out.

So sorry for your loss. We have a 13 year old dog, Erika and I cannot imagine life without her. I read this at work and totally teared up. I had to look at home to see the pics.

Do you still have the second dog pictured? If so, give her/him an extra hug.
