Revolutionary Suspension Design

I think that drive shaft is going to bind under full flex.

Nice! But I think I would have spent a little more money on the build and at least made it translucent so it would be easier to locate.

I'm building another, but this time I'm going put a dayglow orange steering wheel cover on it.

Hey all, thought you might be interested in this...

Anyway this is gonna be for sale soon! It's the revolutionary new ImagiLink system.

Why do you want one? Three simple reasons, the ImagiLink system is low weight, very inexpensive, and flexy as all hell. In fact one could say that this link system can flex so much you just might forget your axle behind on the trail!

Here is the spy pic, I hope the vendor doesn't find out I posted it here!

Couldn't tell you... You know I don't hit up AdvancedFab that often because they don't let me...

Something about my KICK ASS fabrication tools..

do I see a Chicago Electric grinder from Harbor Freight?

Hard to beat $14 and I've been using it for about two years now (quite a bit in fact) and still no problems.

Not all of their stuff is total crap, just most if it :D

they have a blue 4.5" model that's $5-6 when you hit a sale. i've got a couple of those and have yet to kill one, whereas I've killed 3 $50 Dewalts (at least they kept replacing them). Then for ultimate conveinence get 4 and leave each one setup with a cutting wheel, grinding wheel, flap wheel, and wire wheel.

I built my whole rig using the same technology.

The bitch of it is I didn't set the brakes once out on the trail, after lunch, we walked and walked, but never did find where it rolled to.

Here's an old pic of it loaded up and ready to go!

have you ever washed it? it looks like it needs to be re painted too

Mine was very much like it. Very rad. But one day I parked it on a trail and never did find it. I need to get wonderwoman on it. She's good with invisible things.

I went through 5 orange ones before I switched to a $120 Milwaukee. You can REALLY lean on a Milwaukee with no stalling!

How is the insulation? The last Mikwaukee I used was a long time ago at an old job of mine, if you used the grinder for about ten or fifteen minutes solid it would get so hot you could barly hold it with bare hands.

I'm surprised how well this HF grinder has held up, I keep waiting for it to die but it just hasn't. Kinda sad because I'm a tool snob and I want sexy big name tools but just can't justify buying a new grinder while this one still performs. :dunce:

U guys need to step away from teh crack pipe and stop spaming the forums.... go wheel for peats sake....
