responsible off roading video

and by making a feild with a trail thru it into a mud bog we are giving them the power to do so.
I can enjoy the scenery without leaving the trail, if I need a closer look I have these things called legs, they can get me closer.

Do you know how little that happens any more?

People, especially the 4x4 community has got so much more aware then they were 10 years ago.

90% of the Jeepers I see out there are way more environmentally responsible then the hikers. Everyone I see on the trail now days has a garbage bag on the back and pick up others trash. In fact I would care to wager they are cleaner then the hikers and Mtn Bikers I see. You get on a hiking trail and its all a bunch of trash, toilet paper and crap like that.

What about the people with out legs? I know of at least two guys who are paralyzed that wheel because they can not get out and walk.

In fact I wish the American's with disabilities people would get involved a little more to keep our trails open, those folks have just as much right to the back country as you do.

Im down for that. I have Becker's muscular Dystrophy .While it may not be the worst form. It is a PITA. I have trouble walking up hills and all that stuff. I stilll enjoy nature and i have always loved Jeeps, so i bought one, put bigger tires on it and a lift. Stupid Hippies don't understand that us people with disabilities still love the outdoors. They think that just closing every trail that gets wheeled is the solution. Nope. Its the damn problem. :dunno:

By the responses to this thread I can see we will have a very short time period to offroad. most pople will think these are the reactions of all offroaders and shut everything down!

I agree. Next time you guys "honeymoon" in Hawaii go check out our natural resources. We have very little left of what makes us "Hawaiian," and when you are 4x4ing there you are always within a few feet of sacred land or a nature reserve. Disrespect for the land is easy to ignore when you have a state with plenty of room, but on an island it is impossible to ignore the effects as the scars aren't easily hidden by 100s of acres of forest.

I keep this in mind when I'm out and about. Bush, Cheney, Hillary, Obama, nothing of it means anything when I'm enjoying the unpaved road. I pick up after myself and care for the land because it is important to me as a human being.

Yeah, it is so prevelent here. We do what we can but the law breakers are the ones that get noticed so much more then the rest of us that do clean ups and take of the trails and try to get legal wheeling spots.

i think it not a bad little flick with an open mind. i also think if we can teach the bad to do good we would be better off. as for the muddy trucks i live down a drit road i get muddy on that hell so does the wife, i would be willing to bet they didnt think about that. just be happy we have a place to go wheel and lets keep it that way. as where the video took place its cool that they show a washington wheeler cleaning up the trail

the way i see it, its all about missplaced priorities.
like the enviroment, me to, maybe you should start by critisizing REAL, GIANT, PROBLEMS, like industrial dumping, smog, water contamination by large companies...etc
whats gonna do more damage, 14 beercans in a some-what campsite, or someone dumping mtbe into the water supply?

im tired of the hippy bullshit of closing ANY single peice of open land, just cause someone is enjoying it. its the same kinda people who chases down kids for ridin dirtbikes, spewing the crap about who your parents are gonna sue, and other BULLSHIT.

the problem is douchebags. fuck you douchebags I WILL WHEEL it!
