reply to thread Quote message in reply option box not working for me

When I go to reply to a post, I cannot check the quote message in reply option box...

please advise..

If you want to quote the message in the post, you need to click the gray "quote" button on the lower righthand corner of the post.

I can't check the box either, I assume it's not functional.
