I guess if it looks like it fell out of an ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down, why not...
My experience: I've got one that was converted. The electrical acts up, and the doors sag. Due to the door weight, having to deal with the grommets on the door pillar, and the height of the truck, they will most likely never be removed while I own it.
I owned a Wrangler a while back. Taking the doors off was interesting, and nice driving down the HWY. But, I always put the doors on before going wheeling. Perhaps I am getting too old for this recreation as I don't think getting whacked in the face by branches or being caked in mud is any fun
