Relation between UCA and LCA lengths

OK... I was looking at some tables that are floating out on the internet and I can't make heads nor tails out of it. I know they are meant as a starting point, but if I have fixed LCA's how do I adjust the UCA to them to start? Do I look at the table and measure my LCA and use that as an entry point instead of the lift height?

So if the LCA is about 16.25 (give or take a little bit) then I should use about 15" for the uppers for the starting point? Btw... I'll be probably sitting on about 4" to 5" (not sure how it will end up) and it's the front RE SuperFlex lower fixed and SuperFlex upper adjustable

Lift...........Lower Control Arms/Upper Control Arms

Decimal Fraction Decimal Fraction

Stock..........15.75....15 ¾.......15.00....15
3”...............16.09....16...........14.92....15
4”...............16.33....16 3/8.....15.03....15
4.5”............16.47....16 ½.......15.11....15
5”...............16.62....16 5/8.....15.21....15 ¼

I never had much confidence in those charts. With my RE fixed lowers(16") and 5" of lift my uppers were set at 15 1/2"!
