Redbird Trail Cleanup May 8th Oh-Ten

i wanted to come soooo bad. but my dad has been planning this trip forever and i was obligated to go. as of right now in sittin in galtinburg TN doing nothing. is there any xjs down here? ive only seen 1 and it was a flat black zj. there are NO off road rigs running around.

I ended up with 5 broken teeth. Started tearing it apart around 530PM & was home in bed by 1030PM. I just pulled the ring gear. Hardest part was removing the ring gear bolts, my impact wouldn't touch them. JIM.

To those in attendance, THANKS for attending and getting the trail cleaned up, without your help this would not have been possible.

JIM, when I heard you lost some teeth at first I thought you were trying to look like Aaron :D

Mike, how did Bubba like his wheelin' experience?

Good news Aaron, somebody has more broken teeth than you do.

Edit: Tyler beat me to it.

Kind of fun to wheel with a small group. Not too much carnage, though my Jeep is back to overheating so I'll have to tear into that.

Some good fun around the campfire from what I remember.

Pretty good time, like always. We had 4 around the campfire both nights. One thing we had in agreement: It would have been nicer with Aaron there, we would have all picked on him instead of everyone picking on everyone. The common goal would have been nice. Ahh, oh well. Next time!

He was kind of indifferent on the whole thing. He didn't get near as excited as I thought he would. He really liked going through the mud and water but, really didn't care for the hills. No, he really didn't like the hills, both up and down. He was climbing on the trailer when we were in the parking lot waiting for Neal and Brad to get some gear lube, Bubba slipped off the tounge and bonked his chin pretty good. Boo-hooed on that for about 5 min and he was good to go. All in all he behaved pretty well I thought. He says he wants to go again but, without the hills.

Yea it would have to be... I was a little worried but I guess it's more heavy duty than I thought.

I will try to get a seat mounted up there so Rev can be more comfortable the next time my pile breaks down.

Did anyone get any pictures that weren't of Rev's ass?

Nice pics, I see the sniper from the last pig gig came along.

I remember that hill in the last picture!
I crawled right up it.....no problem. I think Rev thougt he'd keep me busy for a while there. Sounds like it was a little bit slimy when you guys played on it.

Yea it seemed really tough last fall. I remember you made it up and Travis blew a bead on it. Even my puny rig walked right up it this time.

It was a little harder for me. JIM.
