rear sway bar?

I've got a 4 link in the rear with conventional coils. about 6" of lift with 35's. my issue is that over the winter my xj gained a little weight due to a cage and a few other things. I just ran part of a trail that I could do in my sleep last year and felt like I was gonna roll on some pretty easy sections. I thought about going to stiffer rear coils but am at around 220 lb/in which is about as stiff as I could find. The front works great and I have just revalved my shocks (higher compression) and am gonna plug one of the bleed by holes in the piston to slow things down a bit on the real slow stuff. My next step might be a rear sway bar(currie anti-rock). I have noticed some KOH vehicles only running rear sway bars and have found some post on other sites about guys having similar issues and installing an anti-rock only in the rear and they have said it has helped. anybody with any experience? I also do not have a front sway bar. Thanks.
