Rear Differential Oil Towing once

Hello all. I have a 91 xj 4.0 manual 4x4. I’m going to be hauling under 2k lbs total in trailer and will have a decent amount of weight in the back as well.

I’m curious if I need to change out the rear diff to 75w140 for a single 500 mile trip or if I’m ok with the 80w90 in it now. I changed it not long ago and I’d say it has about 12k miles on it. I would leave front alone regardless right? Sorry for the noob question. I’ve never done any towing.

I've towed double that many times on 80w 90 and my d35 made it to 340k. You'll be fine.
