Rear axle/brake clunk when shaking wheel.

I've had a few c-clip rear ends that did that. It's normal. You checked for bad shock mounts, loose track bar, etc.

Yeah. Everything is tight. When you shake the rear wheel it rattles just like in the video. My Mustang with its c-clip 8.8 doesn't rattle at all but maybe that is because of the disc brakes.

I don't think I'd worry unless you had a lot fo in-out or side-side play in the wheel. Around 1/8" in-out play seems normal for the D35 c-clip axles. Just a side effect of the axle shaft not being firmly held by a pressed on bearing and the only thing really holding it in being the clip.
