RE1665 H.D. Track Bar Bracket Question?

Hey,
I had two questions about this for any owners that have it. First, does it mount flush in the wheel well like Rusty's does? I ask as my stock track bar bracket curves out and I have found my coils rubbing against them whenever I flex. Also, can I use this bracket with my stock track bar or do I need their track bar to use it? If you need the track bar, is it the same story with Rustys?

Thanks,
Kevin

It fits flush in the wheel wheel and doesn't have any protrusions. You do need to run their track bar as the stock one won't work with it. Are you asking because you just need the bracket and don't need a longer track bar? How much lift are you running? What do you mean "is it the same story as Rusty"?

When I say is it the same story as rustys, I mean do you need to buy their track bar to use their track bar mount as well? I'm running between 3.5-4" up front I think. Stock track bar works fine atm, but I would probably upgrade in the future, just wondering if I can fit the mount into my budget or am I gonna need to wait a while until I can buy both.

Thanks,
Kevin

Like I stated above the stock track bar will not work with the RE bracket. You have to get the RE1660 extra heavy duty track bar to work with that bracket. Why are you worried about the bow in the factory bracket? It doesn't matter that it rubs your coils.

Edited: I wrote at the same time Richard posted. Thanks Richard.

There's two things it does I am not a fan off. Firstly whenever I flex my drivers side, it twangs really loud. The second is it has rubbed the paint off both of them and they are starting to rust. A HD track bar would be a nice up grade anyways wouldn't it? ;)
